During a server update last night mod_rewrite decided to break™

Since this website relies heavily (about 99%) on mod_rewrite for all the url's (links) to work, whilst mod_rewrite was broken nothing worked and people got lots of lovely errors

Anyway, I fixed it now and will have to see if it decides to break itself again tonight.
